(Thrifted jean jacket and belt, breadandbutter maxi dress, black lily bag, H&M sunglasses, YSL lip color, Beanie made by grandma)
The one thing I would love to learn how to do (if only I had the time for it), is to knit. There are so many knit hats and slouchy sweaters that I adore, but simply don't want to pay for it. I pointed a slouchy beanie out to my grandma several months ago and she knit three identical ones in different colors on the spot. I love all of them and wish I could make some of my own!
I've had this jacket for a couple years and bought it at the Painted Bird on Guerrero Street and 24th. The Painted Bird might even be my favorite thrift store in San Francisco. They have fabulous finds and it's quite a bit cheaper than some of the thrift stores on Haight Street. In fact, I could probably say that all my favorite vintage pieces have come from that store. Plus, the tiny size of the store makes it much less overwhelming than walking into a Goodwill or even Crossroads. Can't miss anything there!
As much as I love my jean jacket, I'm dying to buy a jean button down and maybe even some patched jeans like these ones. The skinny patched jeans on the right are from H&M and much cheaper than the Chloé ones seen on the left (as much as I love those too!).
